Die Linie Q ist eine Linie der New York City Subway und führt von 96 Street an der Upper East Side nach Coney Island Stillwell Avenue. Es ist die erste und zur Zeit einzige Linie, die die Second Avenue Subway befährt. Im weiteren Verlauf nutzt sie Strecken der 63rd Street Line, der BMT Broadway Line und der BMT Brighton Line.

Aufgrund ihrer Stammstrecke unter dem Broadway trägt sie die Linienkennfarbe Gelb und wird auch als Second Avenue/Broadway Express (bzw. nachts als Local) bezeichnet.
Die Züge der Linie Q verkehren in Manhattan die meiste Zeit des Tages als Expresszüge, die nur an ausgewählten Stationen halten, nachts und in Brooklyn jedoch als Local. Die Linie Q teilt die Stammstrecke in Manhattan mit den Linien N und R, sowie mit der Linie B in Brooklyn.
Bis zur Eröffnung der Second Avenue Subway 2017 wurde die Linie über die BMT Astoria Line nach Astoria geführt. Dieser Zweig wird seitdem durch die wiedereingeführte Linie W bedient.
