The Soviet cruise ship Mikhail Lermontov («Михаил Лермонтов») at Tilbury, near to Gravesend, Kent, Great Britain. Even in the early eighties, there were the Soviet cruise ships in the Thames. I don't know if this ship was taking Soviet tourists to Britain or taking British tourists to the Baltic. I suspect the latter.
