My translation of Moneygashel may be a little wide of the mark but I am always open to correction. As I read it the translation is Món na gCashel or the Bog of the Castle? Whatever the translation is this Mason image of a stone age fort near Blacklion in County Cavan shows a vast collection of stones drawn from a stony landscape. Looking at that house in the background one suspects that the fort was pillaged at one time?
