Kawasaki KAT-1 ‘JA3084’ (48146847527)
c/n 2001 The KAT-1 was designed as a primary trainer for the Japanese Air Defense Force. This is the first of the two prototypes built and first flew in 1954. The type lost out to the T-34 Mentor and did not go into production. The prototype was then operated by the Ministry of Transport Flight Academy until retired in October 1962.
