Birma, das heutige Myanmar, nahm an den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1948 in London, Vereinigtes Königreich, mit einer Delegation von vier Sportlern (allesamt Männer) teil. Es war die erste Teilnahme an Olympischen Spielen überhaupt.
