Das Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF) ist eine Reihe von globalen Menschenrechts-Konferenzen, die von der in New York ansässigen NGO: Human Rights Foundation (HRF) des Norwegers/Venezolaners Thor Leonardo Halvorssen Mendoza veranstaltet wird. 2009 als einmalige Veranstaltung unter dem Motto: „The Nobility of the Human Spirit and the Power of Freedom“ gegründet, findet sie seitdem jährlich in Oslo statt.
