Prisoner eating benches on St. Helena, ca. 1928. Remainders of long tables and fixed stools upon which prisoners ate their meals. Altogether there were four sets of tables each under a large roof and situated at the back of the long cell block and a guard tower over the main gate. (Description supplied with photograph.).
