Die Hadza sind eine Volksgruppe im zentralen Norden des ostafrikanischen Staates Tansania, deren Zahl heute auf ungefähr tausend Menschen geschätzt wird. Sie leben verstreut an den Ufern des Eyasi-Sees im zentralen Ostafrikanischen Graben, mit einer Position von etwa 35° östlicher Länge und 3° südlicher Breite, in südlicher Nachbarschaft zum Ngorongoro-Naturschutzgebiet sowie in der benachbarten Serengeti-Ebene. Dieses unzugängliche und wenig fruchtbare Gebiet von Savanne und Waldland, dessen Größe im 21.
