Beschreibung:
A two-car TriMet WES Commuter Rail train consisting of Budd Rail Diesel Cars (RDCs) 1702 and 1711, southbound on Lombard Avenue and crossing Canyon Road, in central Beaverton, Oregon. This location is on the very short section of the 15-mile WES line that was newly built for WES, is owned by TriMet (rather than Portland & Western Railroad), and is used only by WES, not also by freight trains. Cars 1702 and 1711 are ex-Alaska Railroad Nos. 702 and 711, acquired secondhand by TriMet in 2009, and built in 1953 and 1952, respectively (and refurbished by TriMet before use). They were originally Nos. 129 and 121 of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad (commonly known as New Haven).
