Poljot Buran chronograph from Russia, about 1990. It has the 3133 caliber often named "Valjoux".
This image is a reworked version of the original (see far below, left below the images extracted from this one), because the photographed watch is broken, as the two small clock hands from the small dials left and right from middle are loose and floating around in the space between the main dial and the glass. One of the loose clock hands can be seen (in the original image) up left, the other is positioned directly right below the center axis of the main clock hands.
For the current version of the picture, the clock hands were "repaired" with the image manipulation software GIMP and put back on the small dials where they belong. Further, dust was removed from the main dial, the greyish background was completely removed, and the slightly tilted perspective of the whole watch was corrected so that it appears plain.
