This image shows the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower in New York City. A photo of the top of the building and a photo of the bottom were stitched together using the open-source Hugin software. The original photographs were taken by the Detroit Publishing Co. circa 1910-1915 and are available via the Library of Congress.

Der Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower oder Metropolitan Life Tower ist ein denkmalgeschützter Wolkenkratzer in Manhattan in New York City. Das Gebäude war bis 2005 Sitz der Versicherungsgesellschaft Metropolitan Life Insurance Company und von 1909 bis 1913 das höchste Gebäude der Welt.
