(April 1, 2009) Country music star Neal McCoy performs a free concert for military personnel and dependents in Needham Theater at Port Hueneme, CA, during the "Spirit of America Tour" sponsored by the California-based Robert and Nina Rosenthal Foundation. The Spirit of America Tour was created in 2002 to bring headline entertainers to stateside military bases to boost the morale of the men, women and families of the Armed Forces. The tour has arranged more than 110 concerts.
