NGC 4622 ist eine Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ Sa im Sternbild Zentaur am Südsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 187 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 95.000 Lichtjahren.
