MIRA is an independent political party of national character with international prospection, according to Colombia’s Political Constitution; and laws 130 of 1994 and 974 of 2005. Its purpose is to participate in the Democratic System of the country, spreading and promoting the defense of Human Dignity and Quality of Life; and the prevalence of the common interest, through a deliberative process, which is the base of democratic ideal and the strengthening of constitutional and legal order. MIRA’s principal purpose is to spread Miraism.
