Context as given in the above cited source: "At Okawa Elementary School in Kamaya, Ishinomaki City, 10 teachers and 74 of the 108 students died on the way to an evacuation site. It was found that the tsunami, which had run up the Kitakami River, inundated to a height above the ceiling of the second floor of the school (Fig. 10). A runup height of 9.3 m was measured at a slope behind the school (M49)."
