Aspens in a marsh in Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge, Minnesota, United States. The marshes and woodlands of Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge occupy part of the area of a huge prehistoric glacial lake that was larger than the Great Lakes. The abundant wildlife here includes the only gray wolf pack on a refuge outside of Alaska.
