Maker with Rame: St Michaels Chapel, Rame Head Seen from the South West Coast Path above Queener Point. A nearby information panel states: St Michaels Chapel on Rame Head was first licensed in 1397. It was a simple hermitage, lighthouse and look-out point. The banks of an Iron Age fort cut across the neck of land just below the chapel. Spectacular coastal scenery with views as far as the Lizard, 50 miles away, can be seen on clear days
