Die Lactobacillsäure, wissenschaftlich 10-(2-Hexylcyclopropyl)­decansäure, ist eine natürlich vorkommende chemische Verbindung aus der Gruppe der Fettsäuren. Als weitere Synonyme finden sich unter anderem Lactobacillussäure und Phytomonsäure. Die Salze heißen Lactobacillate. Eine Besonderheit ist der Cyclopropanring in der Kohlenstoffkette.
