The title of Professor of Political Science has been conferred on Kenneth Minogue who has been Reader in Political Science since 1971. Born in New Zealand, and educated mostly in Australia, he came to the School as an evening student in 1952. On graduation in 1955 he spent a year teaching at the then University College, Exeter, and returned to the School in 1956. He hasn’t moved since.
