Kaysone Phomvihane, the General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Prime Minister of Lao PDR. The image was cropped from a photo taken when a Romanian party-state delegation headed by the then-President of Romania Nicolae Ceauşescu visited Lao PDR in 1978; the original photo also depicts Ceauşescu and Souphanouvong, the then-President of Lao PDR.

  • The date of access to the database, in round brackets (e.g. (18.06.2022))
  • The archive quota of the work: ANIC, archival database, structural part, thematic subdivision, quota (e.g. ANIC, ISISP archival database, Nicolae Ceauşescu – Portraits, 8/1966)
