Three U.S. Navy Grumman E-1B Tracer (BuNo 148137, 148143 and 148144) of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 11 (VAW-11) "Early Eleven" in flight. VAW-11 with its tail code "RR" was deployed from 1959 to 1967 on the Essex-class carriers of the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Each Carrier Air Wing of Carrier Anti-Submarine Air Group was assigned a detachment of three to four aircraft.
