A group of kids ham it up for the camera in a small village just outside of combat outpost Apache in the Jalrez Valley in Wardak province, Afghanistan, March 12, 2009. The newly emplaced outpost occupied by soldiers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment is helping to fund renovations to the nearby school.
