Very early film of the Friedrichstraße in Berlin, Germany outside the Panopticum in the summer of 1896. This is a high quality remastered print from the Lumière archives, cf. [1]. This is the earliest footage of Germany. Slowed down footage to a natural rate and added in sound for ambiance (sound removed on upload to Commons).
