Newcastle upon Tyne riverside. The view south west from the Castle keep across the East Coast Main Line to the Turnbull Warehouse. In the distance, the King Edward VII bridge crosses the River Tyne. Behind the warehouse on the right, the 'Federation Ales' sign denotes one of the Federation Brewery buildings, which was in the Forth Street/Hanover Square area (demolished some time after 1979, when production was transferred to a brand new brewery built in Dunston, Gateshead)
