Englyn - Poem. This plaque is on the wall of 608314 and, in the brief form of an englyn, extols the virtue of Post Office savings. I suspect that the original is a lot older than the added promotion of Wings for Victory Week 1943.

The Welsh reads

To make money in Llandwrog everybody goes eagerly to the Post Office; that's where the thrifty get interest on their penny.
