c/n 47152, l/n 170. Built 1967 as N8908 for Continental Air Lines. Went to Air Canada in 1973 as CF-TOU, briefly leased to Air Florida in June 1978 as N73AF, returning to Air Canada the same month as C-FTOU. She was again leased to Air Florida during January-February 1979 and finally from April 1980 to August 1980, both times as N65AF. In February 1981 she permanently joined Air Florida, this time as N66AF, but in December 1981 she joined Emerald Airlines. They operated her until June 1984 when Ross Aviation took her over and operated her for the US Department of Energy. She was reregistered as N166DE in August 1997 but remained in her previous role. In November 2013 she became N917CK with ‘Kalitta Chartes II’ and when I saw her she was looking pretty good for a fifty year old! She was seen parked at Ellington Airport, Harris County, Texas, United States.
