Set of ballots accompanied by instruction sheets for 2010 Czech legislative election. This is the content of an envelope delivered to each voter approximately one week (at least three days) prior to elections. The final distribution of these sets is organized through mayors of each municipality. General design and manner of distribution remain unchanged since 1990s. This blue envelope serves for packaging and distribution of ballots only. The official envelope for casting of one's selected ballot is issued on day of the election at polling station.
