CricosaurusCricosaurus ist eine ausgestorbene Gattung meeresbewohnender Krokodilverwandter aus der Familie der Metriorhynchidae. Die Gattung wurde 1858 von Johann Andreas Wagner anhand dreier Schädelfunde aus dem Tithonium (Oberjura) Deutschlands beschrieben.
