Corymbia torelliana 1
Tree to 30 m high. Flower, buds, bright 'bristle' juvenile leaves.
Cadaghi is a eucalypt and referred to as a plant native to Australia, in fact native to the Atherton Tablelands, 1,000 kilometres north of Brisbane. It was a popular garden plant about twenty years ago, but its foliage was susceptible to sooty mould and developed an unhealthy appearance in gardens. Consequently it is not grown any more.
