Celtic monoxylon found on the shore of a lake near Mohelnice (Olomouc Region, the Czech Republic) in 1999. It comes from the late Iron Age (400–50 AD) and it was made from a 200 years old oak. Measuring 10.5 x 1.05 × 0.6 m, it is the biggest monoxyl found in the Czech Republic. The photo was taken at the exhibition Příběh kamene (The Story of the Stone) in the basement of the former Jesuit university in Olomouc, nowadays belonging to the Regional Museum in Olomouc.
