HorussöhneDie vier Horussöhne Amset, Hapi, Duamutef und Kebechsenuef sind Kinder des Gottes „Horus des Älteren“ (Haroeris) und der Göttin Isis. Sie sind vorwiegend Schutzgötter der Kanopen und stammen aus Buto. Zeitweilig findet sich deshalb auch die Bezeichnung „die vier Genien“ (Schutzgeist).
