Der Honigbeutler oder Rüsselbeutler ist eine Beuteltierart und lebt in Südwestaustralien. Er ist der einzige Vertreter der Familie Tarsipedidae. Der mausgroße, braungraue Honigbeutler hat sich auf Nektar- und Pollennahrung spezialisiert und spielt eine wichtige Rolle als Blütenbestäuber.
