A B-52 Stratofortress from the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron leads a formation of Japanese Air Self Defense Force F-2s from the 6th Squadron, U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 18th Aggressor Squadron, and a U.S. Navy EA-6B Prowler from Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 136 over Guam Feb. 10, 2009, during Cope North 09-1. Cope North 09-1 is a joint and bilateral exercise to enhance air operations in defense of Japan.

Die Andersen Air Force Base ist ein Stützpunkt der US Air Force auf der pazifischen Insel Guam. Die Basis liegt an der Nordspitze der Insel, ca. 25 km von der Hauptstadt Hagåtña entfernt.
