The Johann Strauss is a old side wheel steamer, built in 1950 from the hull of the DS Carl Ludwig from 1853. It is 70 meters (230ft) in length, was decommissioned in 1970 and used as a restaurant and club ship called the Clubschiff. It now sits ideal and covered with graffiti.

This is where the bus let me off while other people on the tour went to the Schönbrunn Palace (awesome place), I had been there before (twice). My main goals while in Vienna were to go to the Imperial Treasury and Belvedere Palace, two places I had not seen on previous trips.
