A funerary stele for a Panchares (possibly fell in the battle of Chaeronea, 338 b.C.), showing a relief of a footman killed buy a Macedonian horseman, topping a loutrophoros vase (meaning that the man died unmarried). On display in the Room of the so-called "Monuments for the Metics", at the first floor of the Archaeological Museum of Piraeus (Athens). 338 BC? Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, November 14 2009.
