Occam ist eine imperative, parallele Programmiersprache, die auf Communicating Sequential Processes aufbaut. Sie wurde um 1985 unter anderem von David May bei der Firma Inmos entwickelt und ist nach dem Philosophen und Logiker Wilhelm von Ockham benannt.
