Two Ferrari 250 GTO at/towards Targa Florio in 1963. Photo by Dave Friedman says one source.[1] This may be in Palermo on Sicily (others say it is outside Castel Nuovo in Napoli). Anyway: In front, is the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO s/n 3445GT that had entry #108 at Targa Florio (on the island of Sicilia) on 5 May 1963. This must be close to that date. This car was driven in that race by Argentinian Juan Manuel Bordeu and Italian Giorgio Scarlatti.[2] Behind, is what looks like another Ferrari 250 GTO, possibly one of the five other 250 GTOs that participated in that race. Since it is a RHD (right hand drive), it is possible that this is the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO s/n 3647GT (entry #110 in the Targa Florio of 1963).
