A consistent problem was the small and cramped nature of the property and the buildings erected in 1903. Several extensions and alterations were made over the years, but the entire premises were never really up to the task of housing an increasing amount of vehicles, maintenance equipment, spare parts and so on. The administration was moved to a nearby plattenbau (on the right and not visible on this photo) in the 1970s. The old building is now a dentist's office.
