This photograph was taken on 10 February 1942 from the Military Staff College in Iraq, The third officer sitting in the right side is Muhammad Najib Ar-Ruba'i (1904-1965), He was the first President of Iraq (Chairman of Sovereignty Council) from July 14, 1958 to February 8, 1963.
