Xu Haifeng (chin.许海峰, * 1. August 1958 in Zhangzhou, Fujian Provinz) ist ein chinesischer Sportschütze. Er ist der erste chinesische Olympiasieger überhaupt.

Gold gewann er bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1984 in Los Angeles. Olympiasieger wurde er im 50 Meter Pistolenschießen. Bronze in diesem Wettbewerb belegte ebenfalls ein chinesischer Schütze. 1988 gewann er bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen von Seoul die Bronzemedaille, im 10m Luftpistolen schießen.

Nach dem Ende seiner aktiven Karriere 1995, wurde er Nationaltrainer im chinesischen Schützenverband.

Bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 2008 in Peking war er der erste Fackelläufer für die Eröffnungsfeier im Vogelnest genannten Olympiastadion von Peking.

Xu ist verheiratet und hat eine Tochter.
