Die WHL-Saison 2002/03 war die 37. Spielzeit der Western Hockey League. Die reguläre Saison begann am 20. September 2002 und endete am 16. März 2003. Die Play-offs starteten am 21. März 2003 und endeten mit dem erstmaligen President’s-Cup-Gewinn der Kelowna Rockets am 10. Mai 2003, die sich im WHL-Finale gegen die Red Deer Rebels durchsetzten.
