Sarısaltık ist ein Dorf (Köy) im Landkreis Hozat der türkischen Provinz Tunceli. Im Jahr 2011 hatte der Ort Sarısaltık 53 Einwohner.[1] Es handelt sich um ein Dorf der Turkmenen, die ihre eigene Kultur pflegen. Die Provinzhauptstadt Tunceli liegt 56 km und die Stadt Hozat 8 km entfernt.
Die lokale Wirtschaft basiert auf Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht.
