Der Rogers Cup 2009 war die 108. Ausgabe des Tennis-Hartplatzturniers in Toronto. Es war als Turnier der Premier 5-Kategorie Teil der WTA Tour 2009. Das Turnier fand vom 17. zum 23. August 2009 statt und war der vierte Wettbewerb der US Open Series, der Vorbereitungsserie auf die US Open.
Titelverteidigerin im Einzel war Dinara Safina und im Doppel Cara Black und Liezel Huber.
Im Einzel gewann Jelena Dementjewa gegen Marija Scharapowa mit 6:4, 6:3 und im Doppel Nuria Llagostera Vives / María José Martínez Sánchez gegen Samantha Stosur / Rennae Stubbs mit 2:6, 7:5, [11:9].
