Das Pilot Pen Tennis 2010 war die 13. Ausgabe des Damen-Tennisturniers in New Haven, Connecticut. Das Hartplatzturnier der WTA Tour 2010 der Kategorie Premier fand vom 22. zum 28. August 2010 im Rahmen der US Open Series statt, der Vorbereitungsserie auf die US Open.
Titelverteidigerinnen waren Caroline Wozniacki im Einzel sowie Nuria Llagostera Vives und María José Martínez Sánchez im Doppel.
Im Einzel konnte Caroline Wozniacki ihren Titel verteidigen, sie besiegte im Finale Nadja Petrowa mit 6:3, 3:6, 6:3. Das Endspiel im Doppel gewann die topgesetzte Paarung Květa Peschke/Katarina Srebotnik gegen Bethanie Mattek-Sands und Meghann Shaughnessy mit 7:5, 6:0.

Besides, the blue outline of the five-petaled plum blossom is broader than the red one. Moreover, the CMYK code of the blue one and the Blue Sky & White Sun is "C100-M100-Y0-K0", and different from the Olympic rings (C100-M25-Y0-K0). Note that it's the only version recognized by IOC.
