Parry ist ein Einschlagkrater auf der Mondvorderseite im Mare Cognitum, südöstlich der Wallebene des Fra Mauro. Sein westlicher Rand überdeckt teilweise den Wall des Kraters Bonpland. Der Krater ist stark erodiert, das Innere weitgehend eben.
Im Norden, Osten und Süden verlaufen (teilweise durch das Innere von Fra Mauro und Bonpland) die Mondrillen der Rimae Parry.

Der Krater wurde 1935 von der IAU nach dem britischen Forschungsreisenden William Edward Parry offiziell benannt.

The circular crater near the center is Tolansky. To the north-center is the flooded Parry crater. Attached to the western rim of Parry is the flooded Bonpland crater. A portion of the much larger Fra Mauro walled plain is along the top edge on the left half. The flooded crater with the broken rim to the lower right is Guericke. Note the numerous rille systems in the surface.

A portion of this photo is used in Figure 29-8 of the Apollo 16 Preliminary Science Report (NASA SP-315), which has the following caption:
- A patch of the Cayley Formation with its surface in the form of a subdued depression occupying the bottom of Parry Crater near Fra Mauro (Apollo 16 metric camera frame 1685). Dashes in the photograph indicate the edges of a flat floor. The cross-section sketch (below the photograph) suggests the relationship to the unfilled shape of Parry Crater.
