Andorra nahm an den Olympischen Sommerspielen 2004 in der griechischen Hauptstadt Athen mit sechs Athleten, zwei Frauen und vier Männern, teil.
Seit 1976 war es die achte Teilnahme Andorras bei Olympischen Sommerspielen.
