Austragungsorte waren das Reitstadion Riem für die Vielseitigkeitswettkämpfe, das Olympiastadion für die Wettkämpfe im Springreiten sowie ein temporäres Stadion im Schlosspark Nymphenburg für das Dressurreiten.
