Die Nationalstraße 19 (jap. 国道19号, Kokudō 19-gō) ist eine wichtige Straße in Japan und durchquert die japanische Hauptinsel Honshū von Nagoya bis Nagano. Ihr Verlauf folgt dabei im Wesentlichen dem der alten Nakasendō.
