Das Moorilla Hobart International 2010 war die 17. Ausgabe des Tennis-Hartplatzturniers in Hobart. Es war als Turnier der International-Kategorie Teil der WTA Tour 2010. Das Turnier fand zeitgleich mit dem Medibank International Sydney in Sydney vom 8. bis zum 16. Januar 2010 statt.
Titelverteidigerin im Einzel war Petra Kvitová und im Doppel Gisela Dulko und Flavia Pennetta.
Im Einzel gewann Aljona Bondarenko gegen Shahar Peer mit 6:2, 6:4 und im Doppel Chuang Chia-jung / Květa Peschke gegen Chan Yung-jan / Monica Niculescu mit 3:6, 6:3, [10:7].
