Das Mando de Operaciones Especiales (dt. „Oberkommando für Sondereinsätze“) ist eine Kommandobehörde auf Brigadebene mit Hauptquartier in Alicante und führt sämtliche Spezialeinheiten des spanischen Heeres, die Grupo de Operaciones Especiales (GOE).

Die Gründung erfolgte 1997.
